Artwork

My artwork, much like myself, has evolved greatly over the years. I have a broad range of interests when it comes to my art, some themes I often work with include psychology, the self, mythology, spirituality, sexuality and ideas of community and ritual. I relish experimentation and though I predominantly use paint, I will often mix media and use several different processes to create a finished piece. This has recently taken the form of painting with my bare hands, removing the tools of brushes and pallet knives. It gives me a deeper connection to the artwork and allows me to enter an almost meditative state of mind when making. This experience of getting 'messy' has been highly therapeutic for me and was a contributing idea behind the founding of Primal Curio.
The three words I would use to describe my creative practice are...
expressive, experimental and tactile.
Prints and other reproductions of my artwork can be bought through my shop. If you are interested in an original or wish to discuss a commission, physical or digital, please reach out via the contact form.
