Orders will be dispatched within 5 working days unless otherwise stated. i.e. for pre-orders, commissions and canvas prints. Details of dispatch will be confirmed in these instances.

All purchases will be sent via recorded delivery, and tracking information will be shared with you via email.

I will endeavour to ensure all packaging is environmentally friendly however, depending on the item/items purchased this may not always be possible in order to ensure your purchase reaches you safely.

Shipping costs are dependent on item/items purchased, however this will be made clear prior to completing any transaction.

If there is any damage to your purchase or something doesn't seem quite right, please reach out to me via email as soon as possible. Including your order information and photos of the problem would be incredibly helpful, so I may do my best to rectify the situation promptly. I unfortunately cannot offer refunds unless the item is faulty, however if you are dissatisfied with your purchase please contact me to discuss this further.
